Our Week : The Week That Was Captured

I'm linking up with Hannah's 'The Week That Was Captured'. Here's a look at my week:

The weather was gorgeous on Monday morning. E and I took a short walk to the post box, admiring our daffodils that have started to pop up in front of the house on the way and then fed the chickens (with the goats and sheep pushing in!) some bread. Monday afternoon then looked like this for me.

All in all its been a quiet week but here's some photos from the rest of it:

1 - The birthing ball is getting a lot of use this week, not so much around E as she thinks it's very funny to keep hitting it whilst I'm bouncing on it. And if I get off for any reason, that's it, she thinks its for her to play with!

2 - MiL made the most delicious lemon meringue pie this week. E "helped" to grate the lemons and enjoyed doing so. She seems to love being in the kitchen watching and 'helping' so I really should learn to cook/bake so we can do more of it.

3 - I hit 38 weeks on Friday and did a short post about seeing the midwife and being grumpy.

4 - Daddy looked after E whilst I saw the midwife and afterwards we drove him through to work. He works for the family business so we had lunch there with Daddy, Nanny, Grandad and Uncle J (McDonalds - Mummy definitely enjoyed more than E), E watched a spot of Peppa Pig and played at his desk.

5 - We had a nice walk down to the river near where we live. Blue skies and I didn't need a coat - lovely!

Hope you all had a great week :)
