What they wore #17

Taking a look at what the girls have been wearing this week and linking up to Funky Kid Friday (previously known as Trendy Thursday), a weekly linky hosted by Medicated Follower  and Mothergeek's Trendy Tot Thursday, for bloggers who love to show off their children's style.

Its the first what they wore of the year and I'm sharing two of my current favourite outfits!

Dungarees, tee and tights set - Tu, Sainsburys

Just sat relaxing at soft play, as you do.... This outfit was E's and I loved it then. I remember being disappointed that she didn't get much wear out of it. I hauled it out of the 9-12 month stash thinking it probably wouldn't fit T but its a perfect fit. I don't know what it is, perhaps its the stripy tights (as I may have mentioned before, I do love stripes!). It also washes well so none of the colours have faded, always a bonus (Sainsburys clothes always wash well though, I find). Either way I think she is looking rather cute in it. I also pair it up with a white tee underneath instead of the matching tee.

Dress and footless tights - Next, white long sleeve tee - Mothercare

I managed to take a few shots whilst she was glued to something on cbeebies. Oh cbeebies, I do love you for giving me a few minutes here and there throughout my day, just to drink a warm coffee. Anyway, I digress. We picked this outfit up after exchanging a jumper that didn't fit her. I like the combination of lemons and ditsy print.  Also, the white tee was a complete bargain at just £2! I've picked up a couple to add under dresses as I'm preferring the look to cardigans at the moment. Is it me or is she looking very grown up here?

As ever, don't forget to visit the blogs and see who else has linked up.

  2. Very cute :) I also like Tu clothing, I think it is really good quality for very low prices. Soft too. BTW I love the little tongue in the first picture, she looks very cute.

  4. Very lovely outfits, the dress from Next is adorable whilst the clothing from TU lasts so well. I am guilty of not buying much from TU and I really should because it's lovely stuff! Thanks for sharing #TT_Thursday

  5. Soooo cute! I tend to pop a long sleeved vest or plain tee under Syd's dresses and Sam's Tshirts too. It means you get to see more of the gorgeous top! #TT_Thursday
