Review : Galaxy Quick Reads 2016

Last year I was lucky enough to receive some of Galaxy Quick Reads books to review and I can't tell you how nice it was to pick up a book and read it over a couple of days without forgetting what was happening. So you can imagine how pleased I was to get the chance of doing the same again this year! And I can tell you, I've enjoyed it just as much!

Quick Reads was launched in 2006 and commissions, publishes and distributes short books by renowned authors to help get people reading.  Galaxy chocolate is the main sponsor the for the initiative and supports the work that Quick Reads does to improve adult literacy skills and encouraging people to take up reading.

This years range has just launched and includes six titles:

  • I Am Malala by Malala Yousafzai (with Christina Lamb)
  • A Baby at the Beach Cafe by Lucy Diamond
  • The Anniversary edited by Veronica Henry
  • The Double Clue: Poirot Short Stories by Agatha Christie (Edited by Sophie Hannah & John Curran)
  • Too Good to be True by Ann Cleeves
  • On The Rock by Andy McNab

Galaxy Quick Reads are available from 4th February 2016 priced at just £1 each. They really are a great choice if you love to read and struggle to find the time to do it.

GALAXY Quick Reads were kind enough to send me these books to review as well as some scrummy Galaxy chocolate to enjoy in return for my honest review.
