What they wore #55

Last week I happened to mention to my MiL that E needed some new trousers for summer. She had some last year from Sainsburys that were really lovely (shared here). They were such a nice fit and kept her cool so I was keen for her to have some more this year.

So when I went to pick the girls up from my inlaws this week, my MiL had been shopping and managed to find some sale pieces in Sainsburys:

What they wore

That's 3 pairs of trousers and some tees. They are all a light cotton/cotton mix with elasticated waistbands and cuffs on the legs, which I often look out for in trousers (and pyjamas for that matter) as E is quite short and can often end up looking swamped. The trousers in the picture below are the same and have the most gorgeous bright palmtree print on them.

These two are for T.  I love the trousers - bright and fun for our cheeky girl!

What they wore

We actually picked up a few summer items for E last week so she's sorted for this year.  T has had a couple of items but being the youngest, she gets all of the hand me downs - which isn't as bad as it sounds as inevitably some things hardly get touched.

  3. Oooh what lovely finds in Sainsburys! I do love a good summer trouser for the warmer weather. The lighter material is perfect for our strange British Spring time weather. Loving the daisy print one, super cute! Thanks for linking up with us and hope you had a great weekend :) #weekendtotstyle

  5. Those fruit trousers are so cool! We don't live near a Sainsbury's at the moment, and I'm missing Tu clothes quite a lot! I always visit when we stay with my mum :) Love the wellies combo too.
