Twinkly Tuesday | Featuring Strength and Sunshine

Hello and Happy Tuesday to you all!  I hope you've had a good few days.  After a week of sickness for myself and E, we're now in a little puppy bubble over here as Buddy is finally home and whilst its been busy, our first weekend as a family of 7 has also been lovely.  

On to this week's Tuesday Twinkler!  I don't know about you but my 'fall back' food is peanut butter. It always has been.  If I've not got anything else in the house, I always have peanut butter. Only bread in? Peanut butter sandwiches or peanut butter on toast.  Needing a quick snack? Rice cakes with peanut butter! Strength and Sunshine has shared a recipe for gluten free peanut butter and jelly (jam to us Brits!) waffle sandwiches which sound scrummy! Not sold on the idea of peanut butter and jam? Seriously - try it, its the perfect hit of savoury and sweet.
