Good Morning all and happy Tuesday! Today is the day that my girls go back to school after what has felt like 985 days of half term - and, as I write this, I have everything crossed that they're both well enough to go back and don't suddenly come down with anything else overnight. I am desperate for a day to myself!
And that brings me on to this week's Tuesday Twinkler, with a post from A Rosie World. Rosie is sharing why going it alone is so good for you and I, for one, am in complete agreement. I think its good for the soul to spend some alone and to be comfortable in your own company. It's a chance to do what you want, without having to take anyone else into account and to be a little bit selfish. Pop on over to read Rosie's take on it - what are your thoughts?

Tuesday Twinkler? This one's for you!
Oh I just love doing things by myself and there are a few things I actually prefer to do without having to consult anyone else.
ReplyDeleteMe too!
DeleteCongratulations on making it through school break! Hope your day alone is rejuvenating!
ReplyDeleteIt was, thanks so much!
DeleteI will do that and agree with that sentiment as well. I think if you don't you're dealing with some issues you'd be happier if you took care of. Although I understand how life sometimes just doesn't allow for quality time with yourself. I love the photo it's so happy and considering what it looks like outside my window today (first snowfall of the season) it's quite nice to see.
